This Management 3.0 Fundamentals Online Workshop is about the future of work, designed to inspire leaders, managers, and team members, who face the challenge of transforming their organizations to be more innovative and adaptive.

The workshop contains the most valuable practices and modules related to Management 3.0 and Remote Leadership. By attending the workshop, attendees will understand the basics of Management 3.0 and also learn effectively to get a grip on remote teams that often require a more creative approach to management.

About the trainer

Voranc Kutnik is a Management 3.0 licensed facilitator since 2012, he has organized more than twenty Management 3.0 public and private workshops and was also a member of the core Management 3.0 remote team for five years.

He is an agile enthusiast who thrives on helping teams embrace agile values and principles to build better products faster and supporting leaders to develop their own style of high-performance leadership and build and operate an agile organization.

He is one of the pioneers of agile methodologies in Slovenia, founder of the Agile Slovenia conference, and holds the following certificates: Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner, Certified LeSS Practitioner, ICAgile Certified Professional – Agility in HR, and ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Coaching.
