Agile HR workshops and training are best suited for ambitious HR people working in organizations transforming to more Agile ways of working.

The role of HR has been practically the same for decades. But living and working in a fast-changing world, companies are starting to understand the importance of agile methodologies. Even though the agile way of work has been developed for faster and more user-oriented product development in the IT sector, the agile approach has been slowly but steadily infiltrating HR departments too. In our Agile HR workshops and training, attendees will learn about agile development and recruitment and the Agile mindset, organization design, roles, career paths, performance, goals & motivation, promotions, talent acquisition, and retention learning and development.

In essence, Agile HR is simply the application of Agile methodology in the HR department. In practice, it means more collaboration, less linear planning, shorter work cycles, and less focus on individual contribution.

The Agile HR workshops emphasize practical examples, and we will share a range of tools to get you started with your initiative, running a sprint, or writing HR stories. We’ll take you through an Agile Human Resources project from setting goals and developing user stories to implement sprint planning and follow-up using Kanban.
